Baby Massage and Movement
Baby Massage and Movement takes place in small groups over a period of four or five weekly one hour sessions.
Suitable for babies from birth to crawling, these relaxed, fun sessions include massage, movement, music and singing nursery rhymes.
The focus is on the baby's developmental stages, parent/child communication and relationship. Deveopment issues of labour and birth difficulties, prematurity, colic, reflex etc. can be eased through relaxation of the nervous systems, encouraging healthy growth and development.
